I wrote a poem basic on how to forgive the person who cause trauma to my life. I learned to forgive them even as I was still hurting from the pain.

Forgive the ones who don’t know you

Forgive the one you love

The ones that don’t love us

It’s hard to just breathe and let it go

I first said “No”

Do they forgive me as I walk in the disagree

Please just let me be

I wanna forgive the ones who misused me

The people who left me all alone

I fell to a place where no one knew who I was

or where I was

Please forgive me

Can you just let me be

Know it’s something you gotta see

Again, love the one who needs love

Just forgive and you won’t have to go over it again

I still feel disagreement

Nevermind just let me be alone

Tryna love somebody else but don’t love yourself

Young but going through pain

But it gotta change if you wanna change

I’m so scared but can you tell

Tryna be free and brand new

Wash my past away

The feeling of goodness don’t need no rudeness

I get attached just like some new newness
